^ It’s all about balance. No food are completely good or completely bad. You can still eat burgers, crisps or cakes as a treat every now and then.
^ The more calories you put in your body, the more energy you need to burn off. Exercise to use up calories and tone your muscles.
^ Less is more. You don’t have to eat until you’re stuffed. If you’re full after two slices of pizza, don’t eat a third.
